Art has a way of finding me when I need it most, and I want my work to offer that kind of comfort to others. During the pandemic, I needed something to give me hope and purpose. And that was when art found me. Over the course of the last few years, I’ve fallen in love with watercolor and all it has to offer.

I explore the medium on alternative surfaces and push myself to use it in unique ways. I am most drawn to painting portraits that reveal a person’s soul and depth, capturing a single moment and the totality of the person all at once.
